How do I care for my Displayable product?

Your Displayable product is finished with a water-based semi-gloss paint. In normal use, care of your product is as simple as an occasional wipe with a soft cloth to remove dust. If there are marks or dirt that need a little more attention than a wipe over can solve, a microfibre cloth that is slightly damp should be sufficient.


What if my Displayable product arrives damaged?

Your Displayable product is designed to be very robust. If it arrives in less than perfect condition, there are a couple of options. If the unit is damaged in transit but still useable, and you are happy to keep the unit, contact me by email at info@displayable.com.au and we will work out a partial refund that we both agree on. If the damage is more severe, please contact Displayable on the same email to arrange a refund or replacement. Please note that pictures of the damage will need to accompany the email. Our priority will always be to ensure customers are happy with their purchase, and we will always work with you to reach an acceptable solution.


What if my Displayable product arrives twisted and doesn’t sit flat on the wall?

Your Displayable product is shipped in perfect alignment. However, if your product gets twisted or bent in shipping, it is simply a matter of gently twisting or bending it back into place. This wont hurt your product, and in 99% of cases will solve the issue. If your product is severely bent, email info@displayable.com.au and we will arrange replacement or refund.


Can I get Displayable products in different colours?

If you would like a Displayable product in a different colour, we will be happy to work with you. Please click here to email us a Custom Order Request and Displayable will be in contact with you to establish your needs.


How can I be sure my information is secure?

Displayable will never disclose your personal information to any third party for any reason except for your delivery address and name details for the purpose of delivery. You will never be subject to any marketing or spam emails with the exceptions of offers that you have agreed to receive via our website. Displayable will not retain any details of any individual except for invoicing and receipt documents that are securely stored. These documents are only retained for legal and business taxation purposes. You may find content on our site that links to the sites of third parties. If you access these linked sites, you do so at your own risk. We do not operate or control these third party sites and we are not responsible for their content, operation, privacy, accuracy or security policies.


Can I get a Displayable product delivered outside Australia?

At this stage Displayable will only ship product within Australia. The main reason for this is due to needing certification to export a product made from timber to many locations. This is not financially viable at this stage. The shipping costs are also likely to be more than the product itself. Of course, if you are from outside Australia and really want a Displayable product, please contact us via the form on the ‘Contact’ page and we will look into your request on a case by case basis.
